Membership Changes

EXTENDED ABSENCE – MEMBERSHIP HOLD:

If you plan to be away for more than 3 weeks, you can request a temporary hold on your membership by contacting Mozhdeh Martial Arts in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and completing a hold request form (form attached below). A small $3 weekly admin fee will apply during the hold to keep your membership active and your spot reserved. Holds can be requested a maximum of two times per calendar year.

For absences of less than 3 weeks, we allow members to attend make-up classes to cover their missed classes.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must give Mozhdeh Martial Arts at least 21 days notice. The fees for any classes missed without adequate notice will not be refunded.

OTHER ALTERATIONS:

For any other alterations to memberships (e.g. changing days of the week/number of sessions per week), please email mozhdehmartialartsnz@gmail.com.
